Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will partner with the sales teams to drive revenue, develop and execute sales strategy, and manage tools and processes to drive productivity. You will be a critical member of the sales operations leadership team. Deliverables include creation and tracking of annual business plans, territory and quota setting, designing and improving sales process, and leading special projects that provide a strategic view of our business and help us prioritize and drive success.


Manage and grow a top performing sales operations team

Motivate, inspire, and coach direct reports to meet expectations and objectives

Lead by influence, collaborating with Sales Operations leadership to set team direction and implement functional initiatives

Define and implement a framework for the cadence, tools, and processes for sales reps to be successful

Responsible for building tools and creative processes for the sales organization to boost productivity

Help identify opportunities to improve sales efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices

Collaborate cross functionally to provide a strategic picture and ensure buy-in from key stakeholders

Create the strategies that steer the sales organization including overall structure, territory optimization, quota planning, and lead generation management

Document and systematically relieve bottlenecks in the sales process

Work with cross functional business partners to solve company problems

Perform ad hoc analyses of sales data to improve sales strategy and operations

Investigate strategic tech investments and manage sales technology vendors

Assist in the development, execution, and maintenance of training for the Sales organization



5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or Management Consulting

3+ years of experience in team management, with success managing and growing a top performing team

Strong working knowledge and skills in Excel,, and other sales tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in interacting with senior leadership

Comfort working in a fast paced environment

BA/BS degree or equivalent, MBA preferred

Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborate, fast paced, multi-tasking environment

Deep experience analyzing data and the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making
